Dhankhar cancels all Raj Bhavan programmes till March 31

Kolkata, March 16 (IANS): West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday cancelled all his programmes at Raj Bhavan till March 31 in deference to the central govenrment's advisory on coronavirus.

"In deference to the advisory as regards #coronavirus it has been decided to reschedule all programmes at Raj Bhavan and call thereof will be taken after March 31, 2020," a Raj Bhavan press release said.

The change has been dictated by public interest, the release added.
