Ten citizens of Qatar arrested for not following home quarantine rules

Doha, Mar 21: The government of Qatar has arrested ten of its own citizens for violating rules pertaining to home quarantine.

The ministry of public health of the state of Qatar has named the arrested citizens in a statement stating that the violators are being referred to the prosecution. Majority of the population in the small country is made up of expatriates. Yet the infections in the country have reached 470. The total infections in the six Arab states in the Gulf were 1,300.

A large portion of the industrial area which has labour camps and other units in the country in Doha is closed by the authorities in Qatar.
