The tiny tot, oblivious to the erratic ways of the vehicles that zoom by, and their drivers, was walking by the side of the road towards the home of a friend, to exchange greetings and celebrate Eid-ul-Azha. The innocent girl was unaware that fate was lurking in the form of a car to take away her budding life.
Mehak, a first standard student of Pompei English School, was the resident of Sattar Manzil in Kinnikambla. She was the eldest daughter of Mohammed Samir and his wife.
