TN CM lauds people who maintain social distance at market


Chennai, Mar 28 (IANS): Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K. Palaniswami on Saturday appreciated the people of Coimbatore for buying vegetables in a disciplined manner while following the required social distancing norms.

In a tweet Palaniswami said it is laudable to see people maintaining the social distance, buying vegetables with patience at the Coimbatore vegetable market.

He also appreciated the Coimbatore police for facilitating that with their advance work.

The Coimbatore Police had drawn the spots with circles where people could stand in a queue with sufficient gap between the two marked spots at night.
