Agra, Apr 3 (IANS): The connection between coronavirus and those who attended the Tablighi Jamaat event in Delhi is getting stronger by the hour, making the entire scenario rather scary as of the 28 samples of Tablighis sent for testing in Agra, seven have tested positive.
Earlier in the day, the UP government spokesman had stated that 42 persons who had attended the Jamaat event have tested positive.
With reports from Agra, the Jamaat toll has gone up to 49 and if sources are to be believed, the number is bound to shoot up since more than 100 samples of this group are under testing.
According to official sources, a total of 112 persons who had attended the Tablighi Jamaat were quarantined in Agra and 28 samples were sent for testing.
