CII gives 5,000 PPE kits to Haryana


Chandigarh, Apr 17 (IANS): The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Friday said it has donated 20,000 N95 masks and 5,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits to the Haryana government as part of the relief and rehabilitation initiative.

The donation was made on the basis of specific requests received from the state regarding requirements of N95 Masks and PPE kits, it said.

It has also set up a CII Haryana State COVID Action Task Force, headed by its Chairman Sunjay Kapur, for assisting the state in carrying out relief and rehabilitation work.
