Bantwal: Youth from Bihar meets unusual demise

Bantwal, Apr 18: A youth from Bihar died all of a sudden at Sangabettu near Siddakatte here on Friday April 17. It is said that he was suffering from stomach ache and kidney-related problems.

The deceased has been identified as Manan Mia (25). He had come here to work for vented dam that is being built across River Falguni at Gadipalke in Sangabettu village in the taluk.

After Manan suddenly suffered from acute outs of stomach ache, the locals summoned an ambulance and took him to a private hospital at Moodbidri. But the doctors at the hospital said he was brought dead.

The Bantwal rural police have registered case of unnatural death. The mortal remains of the youth were kept in the mortuary of district Wenlock Hospital at Mangaluru.
