Abu Dhabi: Etihad likely to operate additional special flights

Abu Dhabi, April 29: On Wednesday April 29, Etihad Airways announced that it would increase number of special flights operating from Abu Dhabi to various destinations across the globe, preparing for an eventual return to scheduled flights which would depend on lifting of travel restrictions currently imposed.

Of the recently announced special flights the airlines will increase frequencies from Abu Dhabi to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Frankfurt, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, London Heathrow, Manila, Melbourne, Seoul Incheon, Singapore, Tokyo Narita, Zurich and additional flights to Dublin and New York JFK.

Intended passengers are advised to visit the official website www.etihad.com to view the options provided and remain updated on regulations at their end destinations. Bookings could also be done through mobile apps or calling up the Etihad Airways contact centre on +971 600555 666 (UAE) or through any local travel agency. Meanwhile, UAE citizens intending to return could contact their local UAE embassy or consulate.

Etihad takes credit in complying with all regulatory authority directives and international government and various precautionary measures have implemented. The airlines ensured hygiene at its best in all areas the guests would come in contact with and maintained appropriate social distancing.

The meal service in the airlines is revised to meet the international COVID-19 health and hygiene requirements.

    At last,thank God atleast Ethihad decided to fly again.sad it doesnt fly to India.would have been a great help to Indians if anyone ants to go home.
