Mangalore, Jan 7: Kinnigoli, 35 minutes away from Mangalore city is one of the fastest growing among interior places around Mangalore. Bajpe airport being just 20 minutes away too has worked in its favour.
In a step towards right direction, M J Developers, a newly-launched real estate company promoted by Dubai's young entrepreneur Perfect Group's Maxim Serrao, a native of Kinnigoli is all set to promote triple project here in memory of his father, Roman Serrao.
Aaron's Plaza commercial complex, Roman Residency I and Roman Residency II are the three projects launched by M J Developers.
The foundation stone laying and blessing ceremony was held on Thursday January 7 at 8.30am well attended by several priests, nuns, political leaders, family friends and well wishers of Serrao family. Fr William Fernandes blessed and Fr Alfred Pinto laid the foundations stone.
The official launching ceremony was held immediatley after the blessing at the same premises. Mulki-Moodbidri MLA Abayachandra Jain launched the three projects, and Fr William Fernandes released the brouchers of the project. Fr Alfred Pinto parish priest of Kinnigoli, Hemavathi, panchayat president, Mary Serrao, mother of Maxim Serrao and promoter Maxim Serrao were also on the dais.
Speaking on the occassion, MLA Jain said that, these three projects promoted by MJ Developers is truly a crown on Kinnigoli’s glory. This is sign of great development of the region. As a recent trend, more and more people prefer to stay away from city and Kinnigoli is the right place with cool and calm atmosphere.
Fr William Dsouza, in his address congratulated Maxim Serrao and family for putting up wonderful structures in his native. He remembered Roman Serrao, father of Maxim who was a philanthropist and always contributed for the development of his native place Kinnigoli.
Maxim Serrao proposed the vote of thanks, and assured that the entire project will be completed within the next 24 months. A brief digital presentation about the project was also shown.
Project construction company Roy Consultants Roy Castelino, designer Reena , auditor Vivian Pinto, Pompei pre-university college principal Fr Jerome D’Souza, Fr Elias D’Souza, Fr Paul of Kirem parish and Fr Ronald Cutinho of Samanvaya were also present. The booking for all three projects have already been opened in December 2009.
