Puttur, Jun 10: A KSRTC bus fell on a road side house that was 25 feet deep from the road. This incident occurred on the morning of Wednesday June 10 at Santhya near Eshwaramangala of the taluk.
The bus was plying from Puttur to Eshwaramangala. As it approached Santhya, driver of the bus lost control and it fell on the ground and then on the house which was at a depth of 25 feet from the road.
There were 21 passengers in the bus when the mishap took place. Luckily no one was hurt. The driver and conductor of the bus had minor injuries.
The tiles on the roof of the house on which the bus fell were partially broken.
