Girl injured in Pakistan firing on LoC in Poonch


Jammu, Jun 26 (IANS): A girl was injured on Friday when Pakistan troops fired at her when she was grazing goats near the line of control (LoC) in J&K's Poonch district.

Police said 17-year-old Nazia was grazing goats near the LoC on the Indian side in Mendhar sector when Pakistan troops fired at her.

"The girl sustained a gunshot injury and has been shifted to hospital for treatment", police said.
