“One has many things to achieve in life.  Meanwhile, one should not forget the progressive path led by him by keeping in mind that others are also like him.  Hence, they ought to be helped by similarly offering assistance for renovation of temples and worship centers.  The deeds are equivalent to serving God and humanity”, said entrepreneur Andar Ramdas Kini.



 

Kini was speaking at the felicitation programme held for the donors of Sri Mahalasa Narayani Temple, Shirva, near here, recently.  It was held during the concluding ceremony of the silver jubilee celebrations of the temple.
 
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) chancellor Dr Ramdas M Pai and wife Vasanti R Pai, Mysore Ganesh Beedies managing partner M Jagannath Shenoy, and temple priest G Raghuram Shenoy were felicitated on the occasion.
 
Maroor Padmanabha Pai, president, Sri Mahalasa Narayani Temple, Konchady, Mangalore, was the chief guest.
 
Sri Mahalasa Narayani Temple managing committee president R S Kamath welcomed the gathering. 

Secretary Chidanand Pai delivered the vote of thanks while Pratvish Kamath compered the programme.
