Mangalore: K P Sharan Wins All Karnataka Open 8- Ball Tourney

Mangalore, Mar 8: The pool game -lovers had the wonderful opportunity to display their talents. On & On organized an all Karnataka open 8- ball tournament at Woodside Hotel, Balmatta Road here on Sunday March 7.

K P Sharan, Bejai emerged as the first winner of the tournament and he was given a cash prize of Rs. 28,000. Rajan, Kulshekar was the second winner and he bagged Rs 14,000. The third winner was Shastri, Udupi who was given a cash prize of Rs 8,000.

Mohammad Assim, the main organizer of the tournament thanked all the sponsors and supporters who made the tournament a success. He acknowledged Moidin Bava, the chief sponsor for promoting 8-ball pool game in the city.

Daijiworld was the media partner of the event.

It was the biggest pool tournament held ever in the city. The organizers are planning to hold similar tournaments soon here.
