Mr. Paul Moras, a Konkani activist and also a writer, who has rendered valuable services to Konkani Language and Literature. He was actively involved many Konkani Associations such as Konkani Bhasha Mandal, Konkani Academy and rendered his services. His untimely demise is a great loss to Konkani Language and literature. His research books are used in universities for higher studies. He has contributed in a big way to the cause of Konkani. He will be remembered in Konkani circles. As a president of Konkani Bhasha Mandal and as the Editor of Raknno Weekly I had the opportunity to be closely associated with him. He had a great love for the mother tongue- Konkani. My condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family, the Lord may strengthen them to bear the loss. May the Lord grant him eternal rest. May his soul rest in Peace.
