Mangalore : Epitome and Infovision Fests Conclude at AIMIT

Mangalore, Mar 26: The valedictory of EpITome , the IT fest and InfoVISION, the IT & Lie Science exhibition organized by the students AIMIT, St Aloysius College, Mangalore commenced by invoking God’s blessings. Prof. Rohini Rao, the faculty coordinator of infoVISION welcomed the gathering . Mr. Rakesh Kumar , the faculty coordinator of epitome gave a brief report on InfoVISION 2010 and EpITome2010. Fiona ,the asst. students co-ordinator introduced the chief guest U.T. Abdul Khadar, the Member of Legislative Assembly, Mangalore. 

Khadar addressed the gathering and gave all credit to St. Aloysius Institute for making him successful. He also stated that he is proud to be an Aloysian  as they don’t only teach but also make us a good citizen. According to him India will be superpower because of the two fields IT and Bio-Science. He congratulated all the students and management for organizing such a wonderful fest. He appreciated the theme of InfoVISION2010 “This time we GO GREEN”. He wished all the students a bright and colourful future.



















Fr.Denzil Lobo, the director of AIMIT felicitated the chief guest. He described the chief guest as a dynamic man and thanked him for his presence at the valedictory function. He portrayed  the words of Swami Vivekanada, “Education is not filling our minds with knowledge which runs riot but true education should be man making, character building and assimilation of idea”. He congratulated all the staff and students for meticulously planning the fest and making it a grand  success.
