Karnataka only state to have revived economically from Covid pandemic - DCM Ashwath Narayan

Bengaluru, Sep 6: "Karnataka is the only state that has come out of the clutches of coronavirus pandemic and revived economically," said Ashwath Narayan, DCM.

Ashwath was speaking at the AKKA virtual world Kannada meet organized by AKKA (American Kannada Koota Association). He further said, "Karnataka is not baffled by the Covid pandemic that has gripped the whole world. All sectors including commercial, industrial, education and transport have returned back to normalcy. The state has collected a good amount of tax during the coronavirus pandemic too.

"The state government took some important reform actions including amendments of the Land Reform Act and APMC Act. It took all steps to bring back all activities of Information and biodiversity technology.

"Avishkar authority is already established in the state to energize the ITBT sector. It is also intended to establish National Avishkar Mission in the city to get the city more prominence in the whole country. All efforts will be done to realize this dream. All aid required in this connection will be sought from the union government."

    If this the case, then what was the need of taking loan from RBI...???? DCM and CM must speak to each other before giving statements like this.
