Mangalore: SSLC Exams Commences

Mangalore, Apr 1:  The annual SSLC board examination started across the state from Thursday April 1. 

In all 8, 35,498 students from state will appear for the examination which will be conducted in 2,895 centres. 

















For the first time in history an extra 15 minutes time has been allotted for the students to read and go through the question papers before answering.
 
In Dakshina Kannada district, 33,236 students will appear for the exams in 95 centres. In Pompeii College Aikala, near Kinnigoli all 416 students of 7 schools appeared for the examination.  The first day’s paper was English.
