“Divine grace is essential for every task. An individual’s efforts will be successful if he is blessed by God”, said Sri Vishwaprasannateerta Swami of Pejavar Mutt, here.


He was speaking during the public celebration of Satyanarayan puja, Shani puja and a programme organized to sponsor the studies of poor students, at Kalattor, here recently.

It was organized by Jana Samparka Jana Seva Mandali.
 
Entrepreneur Suresh Shetty Gurme – Kalattoor, in his presidential address, said that the religious acts boost the self-confidence of an individual, to undertake social service.
 
Vedamurti Anantapadmanabha Asranna, Sri Durgaparameshwari temple priest of Kateel, Sharavu Sri Mahaganapati temple managing trustee Raghavendra Shastry, Manipal Media Network Limited vice- president Ramachandra Mijar, Kushala Shekar Shetty Abu Dhabi, former state minister Vasant V Salian, Mumbai Bunts Sangh president Aikala Harish Shetty, veteran social worker Sundar Shetty Kuthyar, Congress backward wing chief secretary Mohan Mendon, Kutyar gram panchayat president Nithyanand R Shetty, Yellur temple managing trustee Y Praful Shetty, Vedamurti Raghavendra Bhat Kalattoor, Jana Samparka Jana Seva Mandali president Kalattoor Divakar B Shetty were the chief guests.

Kaup Jaycees president Praveen Kumar Gurme welcomed the gathering.  Kalattoor Yuvak Mandal president Divakar D Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.  Nirmal Kumar Hegde and Neelanand Naik compered the programme.
