None seem to focus on who's baby? how put it there? what reason?..all wasting time on the doc's behaviour.. come on have mercy n get hold of the parents who have done this henious crime.. this is no lost n found case.. its pure discarding baby whos unwanted by the parents.. Shame to call Humans at times..

Doctors are humans. There should be some genuine reasons for his anger. If we were in docotor's place, and circumstances, perhaps we may have done the same thing. Journalists are sometimes too irritating and overreatcting.

I was a student of Dr JP sir when he taught us at KMC Mangalore - the way he has been described doesnt seem to be in good taste. Sitting miles away we ofcourse do not know the facts - but there must have been a deeper story behind this. Media can and should act as a right source of information for the public at large, but then a deeper and more in depth coverage is required rather than a one sided trial by the media. More details with the Doctor's viewpoints should always be given fair importance too. Snatching a camera or having an altercation is an act of anger.

Investigate why the anger and facts of the incident - lets not try n get him by pointing fingers or questioning credibility. Even the media, just like medical fraternity is facing tough ethical challenges all over the country. lets face it. Lets be fair. everyone has the right to condemn or oppose - but lets bring out the facts in open. I can only speak as an old student of his - during my times he was a respected n dedicated teacher at Wenlock. I dont think people of such high repute can become goondas overnyt. There maybe more to the story than what we are reading.

Generally doctor's never admit lapses and very shrewd in covering/hiding incidents of their mistakes. Now a day's very few doctors take care of patients rest of them are full of lust for money.

Media should learn to respect others' privacy.
So, what right have they got to demand taking pictures or obtain information from the institution staff by force?
What would the doctor do when feeling threatened by the mass media surrounding him, his workplace and the abandoned new born?
Media should be more aware of others rights just as much as they make a noice about theirs. The DKDWJA should condemn the journalists and reporters who were responsible for this melee rather than condemning the doctor.
