Only one is caught among hundreds. If everybody is serious and work honest ,all cases can be settled fast and without hurdles. He must have felt like hing thinda Manga. For such officers accepting bribes ,should be suspended from the spot and give the job to jobless.Besides that he should be punished by paying some money or jail, and their pension should be cut radically.otherwise they dont learn. Here when officers get caught with offences ,they dont get any salary improvement ,provident fund too will be suspended. So Officers are always careful not to get entangled in any problems.and are not allowed to take any presents too any form. Now try to findout his assets ,bank account.
