Puttur: Amit Singh Takes Charge as ASP

Puttur, May 11: Amit Singh took over charge as the new assistant superintendent of police (ASP) of the local police subdivision on Monday May 10. Earlier, he was functioning under Mangalore police subdivision.

After Dr Chandragupta, former ASP, was promoted and transferred from here sometime back, C K Shashidhar, deputy superintendent of police, was working as in-charge ASP.
