Mangaluru, Nov 18: Seeing that a falcon was struggling after getting entangled in the thread of a kite, three policemen on duty, Harishith, Premnath and Narayan, untangled it and tended to it. They then allowed the bird to fly free.
The video showing the love and care showered on the bird by the policemen has become viral in the social media.
The policemen have come in for lavish praise for their service.
Some people have the habit of allowing the kites to fly on their own without controlling it. Such kites which fly high in the air create problems for the birds. Many are of the opinion that those who fly the kites have to be doubly careful about the chances of harming the birds.
