Mangalore: Twin-districts to Go without Power on May 13 and 14

Mangalore, May 13: A release from Mescom has said that power supply to both Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts will be disrupted between 9 am and 3 pm on Thursday may 13 and Friday.

It has been explained that Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd has undertaken the task of connecting 220 kv Kemar Varahi power line – 1 to Varahi – Shimoga line – 1, during the execution of which, power supply to the districts would not be possible.
