Bahrain : ‘Konkani Kutam’ Decennial Celebration Postponed

Bahrain, May 18: The Konkani cultural show which was to be held on Thursday May 20, as part of the concluding ceremony of decennial celebrations of Konkani Kutam, Bahrain, has been rescheduled due to technical reasons.
Speaking to Daijiworld on behalf of the working committee of Konkani Kutam, convener Richard Moras expressed regrets on the postponement of the show. The new date on which the show will be held, will be announced soon.
Moras thanked Konkani lovers all over the world who responded to the article which appeared on Daijiworld on the occasion of the decennial celebration.
He attributed the success of Konkani Kutam to the working committee consisting of Henry D’Almedia, John Mascarenhas, Manu Bahrain, and Ronald Fernandes, who have strived hard for the last 10 years with commitment and dedication.
He candidly admitted that he has carried out the responsibilities entrusted to him by the working committee and members of the Konkani Kutam.
