Shivamogga, Dec 6: A ward boy of a hospital here along with his friends allegedly gang-raped a minor girl who came to the hospital with her sick mother.

A complaint in this regard against Manoj, a ward boy of McGann hospital and his three accomplices has been lodged in the women's police station.

The girl's mother had recently been admitted to McGann hospital. The girl stayed in the hospital with her mother to take care of her needs. Being the ward boy, Manoj helped the mother and daughter by bringing them food, and got aquainted with the girl.

A few days ago prohibitory orders were imposed in Shivamogga following unrest. As restaurants were closed, the girl could not get food. On the pretext of taking her to a place that offered food, Manoj took the girl in his car. Three of his friends were also in the car, and together they took her to a deserted spot and gang-raped her, states the complaint.

The girl's mother came to know of the crime and a case was registered. The girl has been admitted to hospital for treatement.

The accused have been booked under POCSO and search is on to arrest them.

Kill them by giving extreme torture. They should not be excused for taking advantage of her vulnerable situation.
If you don't take any cruel action on those rapists, more such incidents will happen in the city.

A new law should be enacted to deal with such cases. The cases should decided within 3 months. There should no appeals for such orders.

Instead of bringing strong beef ban law, bring the strongest law for rapists. First give the justice to human beings then you can bring the strong beef ban law. Now in central and state both government is ruled by BJP, so what is the problem in bringing strongest laws on rape, illegal sand mining, corruption, beef ban. As everyone knows these all are election gimmicks to cheat innocent public. Shame on you!!!!

This is called India. Dogs and cows are safer than girls. Everywhere we see protect girl child. And this is protection in India. Now strong fight and money required to win the case . But girl and her mother is poor. Hospitals are also not safer for girls.

Animals... Yes we call them animals. They are fa...far better than human beings. When you read about the every species come to know. But, humans have wisdom given by god. If they have no senses, how come they don't rape their female members at home. That means this is ahankar....easy taking because the victim is poor... My goodness.. Poor girl

May curses fall on those demon possessed men and their families. They should get struck by lighting.
We need castration as punishment in India. Why should our daughters have to face such sorrow.
Why God is giving pain only to good people and evil people are roaming free....it is better this world ends.

Dear daijiworld team if allowed by law, please put the full name, village name and parents name of the culprits. We common people of DK should for our safety be careful to not unnecessarily associate with them.
Those men should get blood cancer and die.

No use. Only castration for those who rape minors. But this is india. Everything is vote bank. Nothing will happen. They will seek bail and come out.

Flavian Kuwait, hospital security cant do anything ,when girl goes out willingly with a hospital ward boy known to them ,not having any doubt about what wold happen later instead of bringing food.Simply utter failure .Poor girl believed in him ,since he was known till then.I feel in India ,a habit of having a attender for every patient should be avoided as in western countries ,and I think in USA too.Hospital workers take up this duty and are successful.some changes too are needed in this regard.Hope this minor girl will get justice ,and her attacker will be caught and punished.Very sad about this incident. In India is at present more people suffer with rape problems than Corona .Many men see in every girl/woman a sex subject than a vulnerable lady.

This is nothing new as raping minors is common every where. This ward boy and his friends should be given good treatment in the jail for life. I feel sorry for the sick mother and the minor girl.
