Mangalore: Konkani Religious Monthly ‘Daivik Amrut’ Holds Get-Together

Konkani religious monthly ‘Daivik Amrut’, celebrated the beginning of its fifth year with a get-together function held at St Sebastian mini hall, Bendore, on Sunday June 6.
 
Fr Andrew D’Souza, editor and publisher of Daivik Amrut, presided over the function.


 
Fr Peter S Noronha, parish priest of St Sebastian church, Bendore, was the chief guest.
 
Veteran Konkani litterateur Edy Netto was the guest of honour on the occasion.
 
Editorial committee member Fr Vinod Lobo chaired the discussion meet.
 
Both Fr D’Souza and Fr Noronha honoured the donors, advertisers, and media representatives during the programme. 
 
Editor and manager Santhu Omzoor explained the path travelled by Daivik Amrut during the past four years. 
 
Fr D’Souza welcomed the gathering.  Shanthi Lobo proposed the vote of thanks and editorial committee member Richard Alvares compered the programme.
