Bantwal: Collision of fuel tanker, container truck - No injuries reported

Bantwal, Feb 3: An empty LPG tanker collided with a container truck creating an environment of fear for sometime on Wednesday, February 3.

The accident took place around 9.30 pm Wednesday night at Poorlipadi near Kalladka.

The tanker was travelling from Bengaluru to Mangaluru while the truck was going towards Bengaluru. A major tragedy was averted as the LPG tanker was empty.



Police who visited the spot said that no one was hurt in the mishap and no traffic congestion took place.

Bantwal traffic police sub-inspector Rajesh K V and team arrived at the spot and made arrangement for smooth traffic.
