Mangalore: Mogaveera Community Seeks Public Apology from Bajrang Dal Over Mariamma Temple Incident

Mangalore, Jun 23: The Mogaveera community condemns the act of Bajrang Dal activists who had forcibly entered the premises of Sri Mariamma temple, Urwa Market, here on Monday June 21, and threatened the temple trustees and temple celebrants over a dispute on the legitimate plot of land that is located on east of temple.







The veteran leaders of Mogaveera community alleged that the dispute over the plot has been already peacefully resolved with the temple trustees and Yelupatna Mogaveera Samyukta Sabha, while the interference of any communal forces in the temple affairs will not be tolerated by the community, they alleged.
 
The Mogaveera community has now sought public apology from Bajrang Dal activists for their demeaning act that has caused anguish in the entire community which has been known for peaceful co-existence among the people of diverse culture and religions in the society.
 
Sri Mariamma temple managing trustee Devdas Putran, Yelupatna Mogaveer Samyukta Sabha chairman Yadav Salian, veteran Mogaveera leaders Satish Baikampady, Gangadhar Hosabettu and Pundalik Hosabettu among others were present at the press meet.

    A correct right decision is taken by the Mogaveera people. In the name of relegion this Bhajrangis are disturbing the peace of D.K. Yet there is no blockade nor full stop to such activities by the ruling govt. Irrespective of caste and creed we D.K. people are peace loving and live peacefully. If this is so people are afraid to raise their voice for their personal survival. Atleast better then late some group is raising the voice to the ill will of Bhajrangis. Let us unite together and try to regain the name, fame and peace of D.K.

    Bajarangis dosnt have anything to with Mariamma temple or any other temple.Calling themseleves as custodians of Hindu community is just a MASK to hide all the illegal jobs they are doing. Sharan Pumpwell is a jobless rowdy himself and HAFTA VASOOLI is his main job for his livelihood.

    Marigudi is the clear case of deal between the bulder and the rowdys. Builder didnt pay the royalty to the rowdys as much they wanted , so rowdys trying to create problem to his construction.

    Naga , Bana, Temple , Gudi ,,, whatever.... they didnt bother. They take care of these sacred places only on festivals,,, just for print donation coupouns and collection for their own in the name of God,

    When one's feed the mad dog to bite the enemy, what will happed. It will bite the master itself. Now these Baj rang has disturbed Mogaveera community. Tomorrow they will disturb GSB, CSB, dalits and so on. Better be careful with these divisive communal parties. They maynot like Mogaveera's as this community is selling fish which is not vegetables.

    People must teach to Bajaranga Dal’s terrorist activities, we can not aspect from BJP Govt to do any thing against like this terrorist organization, after all they supporting their un-lawful activities and withdrawing criminal cases against them. Yesterday they attacked TV reporter, so for nothing action to be taken. I think there is no long days for people take law in our hand against like this anti-social organization.

    If the mogaveer community has a public spat with the bajrang dal on the temple issue, then the price of fish may rise in mangalore. As it is, common man cannot afford the high price of bangdes in this rainy season. Yesterday itself they were Rs. 100/- for 5 medium bangdes in mangalore fish market.

    BD tired with external fight with other community now they started attacking internally, one day themselves they start fighting.

    Now they do not have any way to show their face to public, because the real face of BD and Rama Sene is to bring communal violence for money. Which is revealed in the video released recently from Tehelka.com

    They are confused and they don’t know what to do next…!!!!

    Suggest you brothers don’t follow this type of organizations which will create dispute and violence. Let us be brothers and we keep peace and harmony in our healthy society.

    Be a good son to your parents and be a real warrior of our great nation at least supporting to maintain law and order and peace in the society.
