Our Indian Police have a bad habit of beating people without or with reason. As police they should respect other people whether he is a convicted or not.Even women they dont leave. No wonder people too dont respect them .Now this Police should excuse by the person for lathi charging without reason. He should get compansation from Police dept.here Police are not allowed to assault anyone ,whether a criminal or not.I wish Indian Police should come here for a month or so as exchange to learn how things function, and police from here go to India to see whats going up there.
