Mangaluru, Feb 13: During the deep-sea fishing, a boat suffered damages after having been hit by a fish.

A huge fish with a sharp mouth known in Tulu as Madal Meen (needlefish), hit the boat hard when it was engaged in fishing at deep sea. As it hit the boat hard, the fish's sharp mouth broke and blood flowed out in large quantities. At the same time, as the fish came in contact with the boat with enormous force, the fishing boat suffered damage.

A video of the incident which was taken at 3.32 am Saturday, February 13 has become viral.

The boat which was damaged had set sail from Mangaluru port for fishing.

We all insure our gadgets or accessories that help us earn our bread. So may have the boat been. Hope there won't be an appeal for compensation from concerned department.
