Dubai, Jun 30: Karnataka Sangha with its presence in Dubai for the 25 long years and as a part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations will be holding the Dance competition “Silver Jubilee PURAVANKARA Dance Cup” Open to all kannadigas from UAE. More than 16 dance groups from different community and associations from all over the UAE are competing for the PURAVANKARA Dance Cup. There will be Junior and Senior groups in this event. M/s. Puravankara Projects Ltd, Bangalore are the title sponsors.

Date: Friday 2nd July 2010
Time: 3 pm onwards
Venue: Elite English School, Near Century Mall, Deira, Dubai.
Language: Any one of Kannada, Konkani, Tulu, Beary and Kodava.
Entry Fee: Free to all (First come first serve basis)

President C R Shetty have requested to all kannadigas here in UAE to come and witness this Dance competition.

The objective of this Dance competition is to bring out the dancing talent of kannadigas here in UAE by bringing them together under one roof and the final 3 winners will get a chance to perform in the “Grand Rajyotsava Program 2010 to be held in November 2010.
