Udupi: Bhaskar Shetty murder case - Final verdict on May 29

Udupi, Apr 21: Relating to the sensational murder of NRI entrepreneur Bhaskar Shetty, allegedly by his own family members, arguments and counter arguments of the prosecution and the accused have been continuing in the court for the last some days. The judgement is slated to be delivered on May 29.

Special public prosecutor and senior advocate, M Shanataram Shetty, is representing the prosecution in the case. Accused, Rajeshwari Shetty and Navneet Shetty, who happen to be the wife and son of the late Bhaskar Shetty, are represented by senior advocate from Bengaluru, B Venkat Rao. Senior advocate, Vikram Hegde, has appeared as the legal counsel for the accused Niranjan Bhat. Srinivas Bhat and Raghavendra.

Fourth accused Srinivas Bhat, is no more. He passed away when the case was progressing in the court.

    People, Raghu AKA Raghavendra ( Accuse # 5) was a driver of Niranjan Bhat....he is very talented 'Kombu Vadya' artist of Belman / Nandalike area.... I don't believe he is involved in any crime or destroying evidence.... Police made him Accused number 5 for reasons best known to them only !!!... Instead of jailing him better use his services to train Police Band of Udupi District Police....thus an Indian Citizens services are used more productively.... Hmmm...Where is Cynthi today???....No comments so far... ...Tak...Takk...

    I dont have any hope of new developement.It might remain the same and the main accused will be going out as not not guilty.she is already out.His mother has further hope for a good verdict only in Heaven.Money speaks everything.

    Any guess ! the same old story that lack of evidences the accused released despite the knowing the fact bla bla bla His wife get caught in another crime and jailed for sometime as per the recent reports !!
