Kasargod: Number of Covid infected crosses 1000-mark

Kasargod, Apr 23: The number of Covid infected people in the district has crossed the 1000-mark for the first time. People are in a tizzy due to the second wave of coronavirus. 1,100 people have tested positive for the virus on Friday in the district, while 247 people have been discharged.

Meanwhile, 6,776 are undergoing treatment and 10,436 are under observation.

The virus was confirmed among 41,405 people so far, while the total number of people discharged are 34,282.
