Udupi: District BJP offers condolences on demise of Kalsanka Bharath Press owner T Devadas Pai

Udupi, Apr 30: Kuyiladi Suresh Nayak, president of district BJP, expressed heartfelt condolences on the demise of the founder member of Udupi city municipality and founder of Kalsanka Bharath Press, T Devadas Pai (86).

Devadas Pai was the guiding spirit behind holding more than 225 Public Satyanarayana Vritha through Thonse Family trust. He was the trustee of Basrur Mahalasa and Kallianpur Venkataramana temples. His contribution in expanding the activities of RSS in Udupi is immense. He was in prison for 60 days during the emergency.

Devadas, who always had a smiling face, had cordial relations with everyone. He was actively involved in the development committee of Gundibailu school and Kallianpur Dr T M A Pai high School. He was also involved in several social, religious and national activities.

This information was shared by Kuyiladi Suresh Nayak. Nayak also said that he will pray to God to give strength to his family members to bear the pain of his death.
