Mangalore, Aug 14: ‘Insync 10' an intra-collegiate fest organised by St Agnes College was off to a grand start on Saturday August 14.

Dr Marie Prem D’Souza, principal, St Agnes College, inaugurated the programme and in her inaugural speech said that this was specially organized to bring out the talent of students in the college.

“Such functions will help students who are not active otherwise, and shape them better. It will help them survive in a competitive world,” she said.

Capt John Prasad Menezes, chief executive officer, Ericson & Richards, was the chief guest of the programme, and said that this was a great opportunity for students to explore the talents within themselves which even the students may not be aware of.

“This intra-collegiate fest is one of its kind in the district and no other college has organized such a programme to improve the talents of students within the college,” he added.

The fest has been divided into three segments depending upon faculty - ‘Enigma’ for students of BSc and BCA, ‘Extravaganza’ for students of BA and BSW, and ‘Corporate’ for students of BCom and BBM.
