Bantwal: Youth critically injured in accident succumbs

Bantwal, May 18: 24-year-old Vinay, resident of Mugdal Gudde, Bantwal, B Kasba gram who was undergoing treatment in the ICU of a private hospital for the last two months due to critical injuries from a road accident passed away on Tuesday, without responding to treatment.

Vinay who was riding his scooter sustained serious injuries to his head when his scooter rammed a pick-up jeep at Akkarangadi, Panemangalore on March 10.

He was shifted from a coma to ICU for treatment.
