Very good thought of Goal Technologies in having this Job Mela. But the sad part is in none of your advertisements or in the above write up you have mentioned about a registration fee of Rs.300/-. Candidates have come from far of places only to be disapointed that there is a charge of Rs.300/-. When people have no jobs how can you expect them to pay your registration fee.
Is it a new way of making money. Is there a gaurantee of the candidate will get a job after paying Rs.300/-. In most cases the Employer pays the recruitment agency, if a candidate pays he pays only after he gets the job. Take care Goal Technologies that is why there were only a few candidates, more staff with T-shirts directing the job seekers from the main road, it was like visiting City Center Mall when you are looking for parking.
