Udupi: Registration of organisation that flouted Covid protocol cancelled – DC

Udupi, May 25: “The registration of 16 organizations in Udupi, three organizations in Kundapur and seven organizations in Karkala have cancelled as per Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act (KPME) and Epidemic Act," announced the district deputy commissioner G Jagadeesh.

Explaining reasons for the cancellation, the DC said that the organisations had failed to renew their respective KPME and did not observe Covid protocol when the pandemic was spreading.
