Bidar: Two school children die due to spilled chemical

Bidar, May 31: After the chemical stored in a barrel placed inside the compound of a private college fell on them, two children were killed.

The deceased were Shoaib Ahmed (8) and Sufian Ahmed (12), children fo M Saleem Sheikh Ahmed from Singara Bagh at Guav Chowk here.

These children had visited the private college premises last week to play there. At that time, when they dropped a stone on the barrel found there, the chemical from inside the barrel had spilled out, resulting in severe burn injuries to both of them. They had been admitted into a hospital at Hyderabad but both passed away.

The father of three deceased children in his complaint, held Sohail, owner of the college, as being responsible for these two deaths. A case has been registered in this regard.
