Dharwad, Jun 1: A division bench of the state high court here, which heard a habeas corpus petition filed by the father of the lady who has claimed herself to be the victim of sex scandal involving former minister, Ramesh Jarkiholi, told the division bench that she will not return to her parents till the investigation into a complaint filed by her against Jarkiboli concludes.

The lady who presented for the hearing through video conferencing facility, asserted that she does not like to meet her parents till the investigation into the complaint comes to an end. She was at Bengaluru when she appeared for the hearing. She clarified that she was not under any kind of detention nor did she face any problems from the police.
