Kundapur, Jun 1: “There are 23 wards within the municipal council limits. As the population of Kundapur municipal council has exceeded 30,000, a separate facility for vaccinating people here is necessary,” urged council member Chandrashekar Kharvi.

“At present, people for vaccination arrive with enthusiasm and return without it. Vaccines are provided at the respective gram panchayats, but people from surrounding gram panchayats areas also arrive at Kundapur vaccination centre for vaccination causing crowding. Therefore, people in municipal council limits should be allowed to get vaccinated,” requested Chandrashekar Kharvi to the deputy commissioner.
