Development especialy in infrastructure is visible in Mangalore City. But what about other parts of Dakshina Kannada.Roads connecting important towns like Puttur,Uppinangadi, Belthangadi, Sullia, Subramania, Dharmastahal,Vittla in the interior are yet to be widened and strengthened. The Minister in charge of this district should take note of this and pursue this matter.

If the govt releases funds to any constituency the local MLA is the one who feels very happy. If you get more sanctions the bank balance of some of the key persons grow by thousand times. Everybody started using CWG accounting softward for billing.

there "might" have been progress. let me lst a few flip sides as well -
    1) STEALING of ore from ports worth crores
2)minister sampangi caught red handed in bribery
3)minister renukacharya kissing a woman in public. incidentally made a minister for his achievements!!! LOL
4)ministers going on "samaveshas" when people are suffering from so many diseases
5)floods affected people still living in tin sheeted tents
6)communal riot victims not heard well enough. forget being heard they are thrashed as well!
7)when the CM came to mangalore, roads where he and his band of men went, were overnight made motorable. something which our administration failed to do for the common man. all these humbug politicians!!!
8)beating of pub going girls by right wing hindu extremists
9)an MLA's wife committing/abetted to commit suicide for reasons best known to the public.

The list is endless. our political people will never change. as they say in kannada "konana munde veene baarisida haage"!!

There is no doubt that fist BJP government in South India is far better than any previous governments. In fact opposition and people who have NOT VOTED BJP are feeling uncomfortable and criticising Yedyurappa.Karnataka is on fast track development and Yedyurappa should prioritise the things with close laison with his cabinet colleagues for implementation of plans ensuring END USE of resources.
Dayanad Pai mam and his brother deserve kudos for their noble gesture and concern for the soceity.Their contributions in the form of donations to DK are the highest ever made by any business tycoons of the district.

Fantastick works have been done by Karnataka Chief Minister and he is continuing to all the development works for Karnataka. He is very sincere and hard work chief minister. After coming of BJP, they are doing very good development works for Karnataka. In the previous goverments like JDS and Congress did nothing to the Karnataka State and looted by these two parties like anything.
