Bengaluru: Agarwal Samaj distributes foodgrains, medicine kits to over 150 third gender persons

Bengaluru, Jun 3: Agarwal Samaj Karnataka distributed foodgrains and medicine kits to over 150 third gender persons in distress conditions due to the Covid pandemic at the Bengaluru Press Club premises on Thursday.

The Photo Journalists Association of Bengaluru and Agarwal Samaj jointly organized the programme.

Agarwal Samaj president Sanjay Garg, who distributed the kits food grains and medicines, said his organisation was happy to associate with the photojournalists of Bengaluru and appreciated their concern for the people, especially the most vulnerable sections like the third sex due to the Covid pandemic.

Photo Journalists Association of Bengaluru president B N Mohan Kumar said it was necessary to concentrate on the well-being of the distressed sections of society.
