Udupi, Sep 3:
A sea of people flocked to Sri Krishna Math here to witness Vittal Pindi and Sri Krishna Leelotsav held on Thursday September 2.
 
The idol of Lord Krishna was placed in a carved ‘Navaratna Rath’ and taken in a procession along Rath Beedhi and later immersed in Madhwa Sarovar on Thursday evening.

Thousands of devotees were present during Leelotsav, an extravaganza of folk songs and dance along with Hulivesha performance that left everyone greatly entertained.
 
Swami Laxmivarateerta of Shiroor Math, Swami Esha Vittaladas of Sandipani Ashram, Kemaru, Yoga Guru Sachithananda, art director Rajendra Singh Babu, Sandalwood actor Srinivasmurthi, MLA Raghupati Bhat, and Sri Krishna Parisara Premi Samiti (NGO) founder president Jayakrishna Shetty were present.
