Mangalore: ‘Jaycee Week’ Begins in City

Mangalore, Sep 10: ‘Jaycee Week’, a week-long cultural programme organized by the Junior Chamber International (JCI), Mangalore, was inaugurated here at Town Hall on Thursday September 9.

JCI zone XV president Udaykumar Shetty inaugurated the programme and wished that the seven-day programme be a grand success. He added that Jayeccs have bagged a lot of prizes and will continue to build the talent in the city.





























Mangalore police commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh, who was the chief guest at the programme, said that 12 years ago when he was a superintendent of police in the city he was invited by Jaycees and they had organized a similar programme. Singh said that he was happy to see that they were continuing the good work where young talents can be nourished and taken to greater heights.

The other guests were JCI India chairman Anil Kumar, zonal vice-president region C zone XV Sujith PK, and Jagadish Bangera, president, JCI, were among the other guests present at the programme
