Karnataka allows medical, dental, nursing colleges to reopen

Bengaluru, Jul 17 (IANS): Karnataka on Friday announced its decision to allow educational institutions that work in the health and medical sector to reopen with immediate effect.

With this decision, dental, medical and nursing colleges can restart across the state.

"It has been decided to allow reopening of all Medical, Dental, AYUSH and other allied healthcare educational institutions in the state with immediate effect," Karnataka Health Minister K. Sudhakar tweeted on Friday.

In an order, Karnataka Principal Secretary, Revenue, N. Manjunatha Prasad said that the Chairman, State Executive Committee, has permitted the reopening of academic institutions pertaining to the health and medical sector with immediate effect.

It also added that the colleges and institutions should ensure strict adherence to Covid appropriate behaviour and standard operating procedure and guidelines issued by the department concerned.

Prasad also said that students, faculty members and non-teaching staff should have been vaccinated to attend the colleges.

Any person violating these measures will be liable to be proceeded against as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, besides legal action under Section 188 of the IPC, and other legal provisions as applicable.

    According to court rulings no executive orders can be passed against fundamental rights of people guaranteed by constitution under any circumstances as pandemic is not disaster but man made artificial situation. With the above rulings no executive can violate them and make unproven experimental vaccines as mandatory, if he does violate them then he is liable to be prosecuted and any college or university too will be held accountable and even in international court of law. And no vaccines have prevented any infections or transmissions by vaccinated. As no youth are in any danger from world wide data this authoritarian dictats are nothing but under the table measures to market vaccines after receiving kickbacks from vaccine industries is the conclusion anybody can make. Again with recovery rate of same or less dangerous than seasonal flu with 99.997% recovery rate this is just an epidemic propped up as pandemic. Wake up or Perish is the only way India can come back from brink. Some here are harping fake propaganda by vaccine industries which are lies as more doctors died in India after receiving 2 jabs while 95 % are asymptomatic which means they are healthy and have no infections or diseases. Delta Variants are now so docile compared to the first it has lost its sting to cause any harm and even during the first 80% were asymptomatic and people died with corona and not due to covid. Stop PCR Pandemic Hoax by stopping fake tests and save our nation and its economy.

    Good move, But mandatory vaccines? If these vaccines only add more infections then? they stop disaster or create wider disaster? Looks like these covid waves were artificially created by globalist elites and BigPharma to rake billions of dollors through vaccine business making use and fear of china virus and through these vaccines ?     Sir, Please stop spreading these conspiracy theories. Canada, UK and Israel have the highest percentage of people vaccinated against Covid. In these countries, more than 99% of deaths reported are of those who are not vaccinated. More than 95% of people who are on ventilators are of those who are not vaccinated. What does this report say? Covid vaccines may not protect you completely from getting infected, but it does reduce the severity of the infection. You may not need a ventilator assistance. You may not die. People, please do get vaccinated.
