Mangaluru, Jul 19: A 31-year-old man was injured after he made an attempt to end his life at Ambikaroad in Pilar here. The incident was reported on Sunday July 18.
It is gathered, Gopal name change, in a bid to end his life, tried to hang himself, but suffered injuries as he fell down. His wife, who heard a noise, raised an alarm. People from the neighbourhood entered the house and the room by breaking the door.
The injured was rushed to a private hospital in Deralakatte.
A case is registered at Ullal police station.
