Mangaluru, Jul 23: Surathkal police have arrested two accused in connection with theft case of 32 gram gold black bead chain here on Friday July 23.
The arrested accused are identified as Mani (35), a resident of Gajanur Agrahara, Shivamogga, now residing in a rented house near Royal garden layout Katipalla 2nd block. Another accused is Vinay Kumar (32), a resident of Bullapura village, Shivamogga taluk, now residing at a rented house on the hill side Krishnapura 6th block.
The accused had stolen the ornament on July 22 near Mithottu, Hosabettu village.
Police have recovered the ornament stolen and seized a two wheeler used for offence.
