Bangalore: Reshuffle Carrot Silences Rebels

Bangalore, Sep 23 (DHNS): BJP State President K S Eshwarappa’s statement that another reshuffle was on the cards soon after the budget session of legislature and that heads of various boards and corporations will be appointed in next 15 days has virtually demolished rebel resistance in the party.

The Bellary trio had held a parallel meeting with disgruntled legislators and dropped ministers soon after it became clear that the Chief Minister was going ahead with the Cabinet reshuffle. Eshwarappa is understood to have told Reddy that it was his responsibility to ensure discipline among his followers or he would have to face the consequences. Chastened, the Bellary ministers have decided to lie low and bide their time.

This is a good sign for good governance and dicipline.A strong govt and a strong opposition party are two faces of democracy. In past 28 months there were so many drams and hi cups sidelining accountability and good governace.Yeddy may decided to call off his honeymoon with Reddygarus ?!Any way the latest developments showing 'RESPONDING TO THE MEDICINE' status is really need of the hour.Yeddy's rest of tennure to be seen as maker or breaker.

As far as Reddygaru concerned ,everything have limitation and 'LAW OF MARGINAL UTILITY' in force to REDDY BROTHERS.They were completly isolated and cornerd by Yeddy and I, perhaps,BJP high comand.Renukacaharya's dis owning of REDDYS also contributed Redyygaru's downfall for the time being. They are resilient and may regroup for next promised expansion of consil of ministry.
