Mangaluru, Sep 3: A person has complained to the superintendent of police of Dakshina Kannada district, suspecting that his wife has links with a terrorist organization and informing that she has gone missing.
Chidananda K R, a resident of Neriya village in Beltangady taluk, has filed this complaint. His wife, Raji Raghavan, has been working in Dubai for the last 11 years. The couple has two children. Chidananda said that his wife came to visit her family on July 11 and insisted that her daughter should be allowed to accompany her on her return journey. He also said that her elder sister has been strongly backing his wife.

"I received a call from Lakshadweep, asking me to send my wife and daughter with him. He also warned me that he knows how they can be taken away if I do not agree with this proposal," he claimed.
He said that Raji Raghavan, who had slept by the side of her daughter on the night of August 26, was found to have gone missing during the early morning hours next day. "We filed a complaint in Dharmasthala police station. Day before yesterday, the police called me to say that Raji has got herself admitted into a ayurvedic hospital in Mangaluru and that she is undergoing a ten-day treatment and asked me to wait till then. But I have been getting repeated calls asking me to send my wife and daughter," he said in the complaint.
Chidananda said agriculture is his profession and he has been earning enough. He said that now he has been facing problems because of his wife. He wants the police to ensure that he and his children do not face problems because of his wife. He also has urged the police to investigate the organization in Dubai with which his wife has links, and find out who has been calling him frequently from Lakshadweep.
